The NANPU High-Pressure Air Filter Regulator provides a safer and more effective drying solution for your pneumatic equipment, efficiently filtering out moisture and particles in the air. Its more rigorous structural design helps prevent air leakage. It can be used for any compressor, air tank, spray gun, or air system to precisely regulate and maintain constant air pressure to your tools and equipment.

Installation and Operating: STEP1: Port Cleaning Please clean the port and fitting before installation to effectively avoid bringing dust into the air path.

STEP2: Connection Pay attention to the direction of air flow and the arrow pointing on the product body to ensure correct installation. Also, check that the port and thread size match your application.

STEP3: Pressure Adjustment - Pull up the knob of the pressure gauge and rotate: - Clockwise rotation will increase the pressure steadily. - Counterclockwise rotation will decrease the pressure. - Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob. Forgetting this step may lead to leakage problems.

STEP4: Drainage The drainage column will automatically expel any excess water when there is no pressure, and it will close during air flow. When the water level exceeds the upper limit, drainage is necessary, otherwise it will cause poor dehumidification. Please be careful to use a wrench to tighten the fitting. The first installation may have an excretion reaction (not leakage, as the initial internal pressure is different from the outside, and it is necessary to discharge the excess air first). In this case, please wait for a while.
