Compressed Air Filter Regulator Combo for Nanpu

The NANPU 3/8" NPT Compressed Air Filter Regulator Combo Piggyback is designed to remove most liquid and solid particles from the air supply. The Self-Relieving Pressure Regulator is used to adjust the outlet pressure. The original packaging and foam box provide better product protection, preventing any damage that may have occurred during transit.

Regarding installation and operation, the assembly of all calibration should meet the maximum flow requirement. It is important to clean the port and fitting before installation to effectively avoid introducing dust into the air path. Pay attention to the direction of air flow and the arrow pointing on the product body to ensure proper orientation, and verify that the port and thread size match.

For pressure adjustment, pull up the knob of the pressure gauge and rotate it. Clockwise rotation will cause the pressure to rise steadily, while counterclockwise rotation will decrease the pressure. Stop turning after reaching the required index and lock down the knob to avoid potential leakage problems.

When adjusting the pressure, make sure the pressure gauge is tightly installed on the main body and observe whether the reading rises and falls smoothly.

The drainage column will automatically expel any excess water when there is no pressure, and it will close during air flow. If the water level exceeds the upper limit, drainage is necessary to prevent poor dehumidification. The fitting on the drain head can be used to connect an air hose, or it can be removed as needed.

It is recommended to use a wrench to tighten the fittings to avoid leakage. The first installation may result in an excretion reaction, which is not a leak but rather a consequence of the initial difference between the internal pressure and the outside environment.
