Compressed Air Filter Regulator Lubricator Combo for NANPU

The NANPU Air Filter, Regulator & Lubricator (FRL) Combo is a three-part system designed to provide clean and efficient air supply. The filter is engineered to remove most liquid and solid particles from the air, the self-relieving pressure regulator allows for adjusting the outlet pressure, and the lubricator provides oil to air tools, extending their lifespan.

When preparing for installation, it is crucial to ensure that the assembly meets the maximum flow requirement. Clean the ports and fittings before installation to prevent dust from entering the air path. Pay attention to the direction of airflow and the arrow on the product body, and ensure that the port and thread sizes match.

To adjust the pressure, pull up the knob of the pressure gauge and rotate it. Clockwise rotation will increase the pressure, while counterclockwise rotation will decrease it. After reaching the desired pressure, lock down the knob to prevent leakage.

Ensure that the pressure gauge is tightly installed and observe the reading carefully during pressure adjustment to ensure it rises and falls smoothly.

The drainage column will automatically expel any accumulated water when there is no air pressure, and it will close during air flow. If the water level exceeds the upper limit, drainage is necessary to maintain proper dehumidification.

To adjust the oil flow, rotate the needle valve in the "+" direction to increase the oil absorption speed, and in the "-" direction to slow it down or stop it.

When refueling, rotate the refueling screw clockwise, and do not exceed 80% of the bowl capacity. After refueling, tighten the refueling screw.
